| 1. | Put water and sugar into a pan and heat them. Stir with chopsticks or a whisk and melt sugar. | |
| 2. | Check whether all sugars have melted. | |
| 3. | Put gelatin into a pan little by little. Putting in gelatin, stir and melt it. | |
| 4. | When jelly becomes warm, before it will get cold, put into a PET bottle. If it is too hot, a PET bottle will melt. | |
| 5. | Ehen gelatin gets cold and it solidifies firmly, 300ml of water will be poured out on it. | |
| 6. | Scatter yeast fungus in the water of a supernatant fluid. It is easy to use the funnel made from post card. | |
| 7. | Cap a PET bottle with the cap which connected the tube. If you wait from dozens of minutes for several hours, CO2 will come out from the point of a tube. | |
| When yeast fungus begins activity, the water surface will bubble. Leave space to the direction on a PET bottle. Don't put in water too much.
Before losing jelly, when activity of yeast fungus has stopped, replace the water of a supernatant fluid by the half. If you add a little yeast fungus, a still better result will be brought. |

Yeast fungi eat the jelly containing sugar and propagate.
Therefore, if half exchange of the water is carried out, it will work again. 5 hours after replacing water. Foaming is possible for the water surface. |

| Wash a PET bottle, if jelly is lost completely. Let's make jelly once again and reuse a bottle.When you wash a PET bottle,it is better to use , warm water. The pan and chopsticks which were used in order to make jelly should also melt jelly and wash with warm water. |

You should consider so that CO2 handmade system may not be toppled. If a PET bottle is toppled, foaming will become active like a left picture. Bubbles overflows from a bottle and go the inside of a tube toward the tank. Bubbles will become still more active if you are going to open the cap of a PET bottle. I think that how to probably bend at all will probably be good until foaming settles down. The tip of a tube should take out out of a tank. |
| The difference in foaming accoding to the seasons You will use warm water, in order to melt a yeast fungus, when making breads.And you will keep the remaining yeast fungus in a refrigerator. It will control those fermentation. Yeast fungus becomes active or is not so influenced by surrounding temperature. This is the difference point from the cylinder which can supply a favorite quantity of gas at any time you like . The fermentation of CO2 system may stop in cold winter. By warming the circumference of a PET bottle, you can activate the foaming. Pour out warm water on jelly. A PET bottle can be placed on the light of a tank (Consider so that a bottle does not fall or topple.). Break jelly and increase the area in contact with Yeast fungus. Much sugar are put into jelly ,the amount of carbon dioxide will also increase. If there is much water on the jelly, the activity period of yeast fungus will become long. |
